It looks like gray suit is putting a ring on her finer... she is looking down at something and her other hand is free to fix her hair... since the image is flipped that's really her right hand.

Hmm...I would hope if she's looking at the ring from her F1 she would have a much more delighted look on her face (JMO, everyone is different though).

still unclear if that guy is the same as the one with a striped purple shirt she's looking up at in the closeup

Ok....light gray suit really isn't light gray....its the same suit as the dark one with the striped shirt.
So is guy we think is Ben (per hands/watch) different than this guy (with some shade of gray suit)?

That would be my guess. The guy in the black suit just does not look like JP's body to me. Too big.

No light gray suit is light gray... it appears darker in some caps because of the lighting... her pearl earring is a good reference (it should look white)
then there is dark suit guy getting off the plane
