Man, it never fails. Every year I "fall" for the F2 or F3. This year is no different...I'm totally on the Chris train after that sweet poem she wrote him. There's something really dreamy and dorky about Chris to me, which is my bread and butter...Ugh. I wish I could get more into the F1...this means heartache and sadness in the future again if spoilers are to be believed for me as a Chris fan.

This is also how I get suckered into 26 seasons of this garbage...they bring on the previous contestants. Damn you MF and your smart ways...haha.

Glad to know that you are a Chrisviller too!!..i was a moderate team Arie and my heart was scattered seeing him at ATFR looking like a sick-sad-puppy....Yes...if Chris is indeed the F2, i must preparing my heart for 2 years in a row!..*big sigh*..I would love nothing than seeing him more as the next lead...

I, too, am a Chris fan but he has not been edited to show an adventurous side that Des says she needs in a partner.  We all know the edits are one-dimensional so who knows what Chris is really like.  He definitely is a gentleman - and has set a high bar for the other men in the house.  I hated those previews last night for teasing us with the intimate and sexy beach scenes only to throw in the pics of a tearful Chris in a suit and limo.

I love seeing love for Chris   :Smiley: . He is definitely an outstanding guy. A one in a million

Just have to pop in and say I loved Chris in last night's episode. He was just fantastic in so many ways. I love how athletic he is and I love how he had such a hard time taking a compliment from Des. I also love how he handled the situation with James. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

He rocks and I would rather he be the next Bachelor than be with Des because I seriously need to see him for an entire season! He is just so darn good.

All that said ... I have to believe that he was just as high on Des' list as Brooks at this point for Des to write that poem for him. As they said on AfterBuzz show, Des has virtually no down time so the fact that she was thinking of him and put pencil to paper says a lot.

Chris seems so darn perfect for her especially in previews. On one side she's got all the drama but with Chris it's easy street. Oh well, hopefully I'll better understand why Brooks is her F1 but where I am sitting, I don't get it! Thank goodness I am spoiled or I'd be one heartbroken Chris fan-girl at the end.

I haven't analyzed last night's promo much, but I did a little recently of the May 20th one. This certainly should please the Ziggy Fan Club.

The way they edit the Final One is pretty consistent in the promos. Usually you do not see him or her much during the center drama unless she is Courtney or Vienna.

Below is Sean Lowe's January promo lined up as closely as possible to Desiree's. Yes, there's some variation but you notice key phrases are used in cookie cutter fashion. All of Ben, Brian and James' footage is mostly center, where Tierra is spotlighted before. I put F1 Catherine and Chris in bold so you can see what is happening.

in all seriousness, i have done a little comparison of their editing for SeanCat and Des-Chris myself. You know what?....both pairing's edit shows a lot of similarities. You may check Ep.4 on both season, where the no-friendzone scene took place for both.

maybe they hire the same editor for this season?

just like they did with Em season..with the line of about (paraphrasing) I have been waiting this moment for Emily, Ricky, myself...which turned out to be the voice of ....Joe!!.(Matthew McCounaghey guy :giggle:) .. . ..Perhaps JBF or others can confirm this.

Ep.7 Press Release
It's off to a deserted island for Chris and Desiree, leaving the other four men green with envy. Once they arrive, Chris suggests a very romantic gesture: the two of them will write a poem, put it in a bottle and send it off into the ocean. An extremely nervous Chris decides that he needs to tell Desiree how he feels about her that night, but how did she respond to his overtures?
