Well, that sc where we got a good shot of Ben's back (jumping in the water with Ash) looked like pretty conclusive proof that he isn't mud guy (if that is still up for debate). He is quite thick waisted, and mud guy's waist is much narrower compared to his upper body and shoulders. With Ben, there isn't a very big difference between the two. And obviously, the shorts don't match either.

Yes, it looks like they are bringing the physical chemistry quotient up, just as they need to in order to put these guys in a dead heat to the finish line. I agree with your list completely RiC and will add, that the Q&A moment between Ash and Ben was just - odd to me. If these two really have had such a growing intimate and comfortable physical chemistry developing, why did he even bother to ask her if she was ok with the lotion rubbing position? It almost left me feeling like it was producer prodded and being the gentleman he is and knowing that their physical intimacy had not been near that level at that point, he wanted to make sure she was comfortable with it. She said she was and clearly she was ok with it, but it didn't seem particularly steamy in action and it made me wonder how manufactured that position was. JMO
