Halloween usually happens around hometowns. Maybe she was back in LA waiting for the rose ceremony and dressed up for the night.

Any guesses if she ever wore that wig while going to and from safehouse visits so she wasn't noticed?

I believe it was taken at the Museum of Death in Hollyweird.

That would make sense. Her hometown was filmed 10/29 so she would have been back in L.A. by Halloween. Still wondering where these were taken though.

Yep, practically next door. Maxim was at the Vanguard @ 6021 Hollywood Blvd and Museum of Death is 6031 Hollywood Blvd and I believe that MOD backdrop is out front.

From the comments on Instagram, it appears Lesley and Robyn were also part of the Halloween event/party when the initial pic was taken, Robyn also linked Claudia Hoeve (a Bachelor producer), and they all keep referring to "baby wigs"

Looks to me like the "No!" posters are starting to gain some momentum

It's probably some type of inside joke between them from when the season was filming. Perhaps the wig belonged to one of them and they all wore it at some point or they all had similar ones.
