Brooks Forester - Bachelorette 9 Contestant - Spoilers - Thread #4

I just watched the 1st date again and while I am suppose to be *cautiously* optimistic, when I watch that my brain just goes to "GAME OVER" again. lol



My impression was it's eerie how comfortable they are for a first date. 

yes they were talking as if they knew one another for years instead of like a day or two and they had a 2 way conversation....Take Ben who is all my son this my son that......or Bryden who you couldn't get a word out of (poor guy seemed so nervous/unsure).....Brooks was all about Desiree and his interest in her, nothing else. The Kasey date didn't really seem to allow for decent conversation and the group dates are always so dog eat dog, conversation probably is limited. James was all about, "uh tell me I will make it far." Chris and Des had decent conversation but again it seemed about him being like oh ok I will give this process a try.....Obviously Brooks/Des second one/one conversation was uh a little disjointed b/c in all honestly he was kind of higher than a kite on meds lol but the chemistry and comfort btw them was still strong and evident regardless.

I completely agree with your whole post. Des is always very cute and likeable with everyone but nothing we've seen has compared to her and Brooks together. His level of interest in her and ability to make their interactions seem so real and unforced with cameras around so impresses me.

^^^^I agree with all three of you. One example, in the short clip we see of them when he arrives from the hospital, she's asking about his finger, and he brushes it off, and then turns the conversation to her and how amazing she looks. He seems to always compliment her, and always ask leading questions to get her to talk about herself.

Brooks is a conversationalist. I like guys who like to express themselves. Heck, I like Brooks and have BrookieItis.

Yeah I always thought Brooks is a great conversationalist! I love guys who are self-expressive. Des is a natural beautiful charmer so of course she'd fare well with the interactions between the other guys, but her time with Brooks is very different!
