For many seasons, they did not have 2 hours to work with like they do now. I think they could still fit in what they need to and probably a lot of what they don't in 2 hours with editing.
My 2 cents: They do the FD episode per usual. They do the last episode per usual and whatever producer ployed mishigas(craziness) inbetween that happens, happens.

I seem to remember a season (Jesse's?) where the WTA was first and then they showed the FDs afterwards. It was unusual for the F3 not to appear back then but I heard that Mandy J refused and that was why they moved the WTA up. Those that went to the taping were able to watch the FD that night. I had no idea I remembered that until just now. :Smiley:

IA with Kasha that they'll do the FD as usual because if Brooks really does leave as I believe, there will be a cliff hanger of sorts until the finale the next week. They'd love to keep people hanging.

This weekend, probably. I saw Brad tweet Fantasy Suite Jonathan 'See you in 3 days?' on the 11th, so I'm assuming for MTA.

I don't remember it filming on a Monday but could be wrong. I thought it was usually on the weekend.

IIRC it has always been on a weekend. It's fun to see the pics & stories of all the partying among the ones rejected! Sometimes a board member would be a part of the filming and give a clue about which contestants were F2. Can't remember the code words they would use to identify the F2, but it was a hoot to follow!:Smiley:
