Are any of you prepared to Brooks not being final 1 just in case ? I think it's better to do so that if it happens (even if you're 99% sure) you won't be too shocked.

I am supportive of Desiree, so whatever she decides is best for her will be good enough for me. I just want her to be happy and I don't see that happening with anyone other than Brooks.

If you have ever had your heart broken, you know you have to grieve that loss before you can move on. But if she had a sudden epiphany the last week, go for it.

i definitely wobbled a few days ago but am now thinking they will end up together. i will be waiting with bated breath though just in case. honestly, i can't see any other outcome with the edit and storyline. it just wouldn't make sense. chris has a classic F2 edit including the physical chemistry edit.

Beeleever, that was awesome analysis esp. of the key moments of the breakup. You really unearthed what was verbally unspoken but otherwise evident.

I've braced myself for someone other than Brooks. I have said this before but Desiree is kidding herself if she chooses Drew or Chris  . I think there is a woman way better suited for Drew. Desiree speaks about Drew in a very superficial way too much for me.

And in regards to Chris he is painted the same way Emily Maynard talked about Sean Lowe i.e. perfect husband material. It's like Desiree knows Chris is the type of guy she's supposed to be with... (I'll liken it to Emily and Sean last season of the B'ette. The Lowes probably thought Emily was the type of woman Sean would end up settling down with. Until you see Sean with Catherine and realize that would have been a huge mistake and that SeanCat is a much better fit).

Chris edit is making him too confident and sure that him and Des have mutual feelings at the same level for one another, that their connection and her feelings are the strongest for him. Des basically demolished that thought in her opening of the show last Monday. I'm not sure Chris will even realize even after the F3 RC explanation by Des how strong her feelings were for Brooks, unless Des outright tells them exactly what she told Brooks (which I cannot see happening and then both guys still moving on with her.) Drew may catch on thus the serious discussion on their LCD and his apparently being let go early but I think Chris may just think her emotions were from being rejected and leaving her unsure of the rest of it and he won't relate it to the fact that Brooks was her guy over any of the others including himself. It's gonna def be crazy.

this makes a lot of sense. chris probably didn't realize the situation in full. poor guy probably got an earful on monday's epi.

I agree with the edits for Drew and Chris Saphron and Monica. The producers have these pretty defined and it's easy to see from season to season who is filling what role.

I've prepared myself for him not being the F1. I just hope they don't embarrass him somehow this episode. If that can be avoided, I'm good, whatever the outcome. It would be more fulfilling and fun if he were the F1, and it would make this season make more sense.

I don't see Des picking anyone but Brooks. She was very clear that she could not give Chris and Drew the love they deserved. There will be something that leaves suspense to the ending though. Brooks will have to do a lot of explaining  and pursue her. She will have questions about how she can trust him and could he change his mind again? In the end I think she will decide that to have great love you must take great risks and she will follow her heart.

I still go back to the twitter message of Des';

"Love and be yourself, know your worth, let him pursue, don't be desperate, confidence is key".

I am anxious to see how this will play out...now I need to get ready for work!
