Checking google I saw a link from June of 2012 that said they were looking forward to the convention next year, 2013, in Anaheim. ServPro does full service damage repair and cleanup. Maybe they needed a couple of celebs to brighten up an otherwise dreary topic? Trying to find more info.

Yay... Wedding planning, I tell you!;) My sister had the ServePro staff well "serve"...(tending bar/tables etc..) at her wedding. It's pretty much a mobile higher-end serving service. Didn't know they operated in the States too, though;

The website says its fire and water cleanup and restoration.

It looks like they are outside at restaurant/cafe so perhaps they were just near where the convention is and ran into this fan.

The convention is across the street for Disneyland.

Hmmm, really? Kinda weird because I just texted my sis and she totally confirmed that the staff was from ServePro (and recommended them;)
Like I said though, I don't know whether they operate in the States, because my sister wanted to tie the knots in SA (and the serving firm was recommended to them by fellow non-citizens who decided to marry there...)
Maybe there are different ServePro(s) (off to google;) It was just the first thing that popped into my head because the wedding just took place last month;)

^^ they probably where in the neighborhood going about their own things and indeed ran into a fan. Why would they be at a water damage, fire damage restoration services convention. If it involved them making a promotional appearance, shouldn't have Sean at least tweeted about it?

ahhh here is the misunderstanding, I should have read the original post;) It's ServPro

ServPro is generally a building maintenance company- franchised all over the country.

I suppose they may have made an appearance, or they are in Anaheim/Disney for some reason (ABC is owned by Disney after all). The possibilities are almost limitless. There are conventions in Anaheim all the time.

Anaheim is a good long distance from the west side of LA, however, which is, I believe where they are living (source: tweet to Ashley Spivey from Catherine over the weekend).

Not to make a bigger discussion of the tweet than needed but the wording is weird. She say wish I was at the servpro convention with my family to meet you. Yet clearly she did meet them somewhere else. Wish tweeps would make better use of their 140 characters cuz they're confusing me. Lol
