They look similar but Panang curry is made out of various spices while the base for Kare-Kare sauce is peanut butter or paste.

Personally, I dont think i can go vegan either. Because Kare-Kare with beef oxtail is 100 times better than Panang curry with imitation meat!

I didn't know Catherine is a self taught graphic designer. Knowing that Amazon is famous for recruiting the best creative minds out there, I always thought she studied Design at some point. She's a natural and I am very impressed.
