I'm not quite sure. I looked up that name "thesartorialist," and it looks to be some kind of NY Fashion Blog or Magazine. I just looked real quick. Maybe they are going to do a feature on her and she's taking pics in Central Park. It seems she's walking around in heels looking to meet someone, so maybe it's for that? Just a guess.

It's a street fashion blog. They photograph people on the streets in NYC to showcase their fashion. It's not a planned thing. You just have to hope to be spotted.

Umngirl is right. That is what their website indicates. She could've been wearing Nanette Lepore heels when she was spotted in Central Park. She's posted a pic of herself in shoes from the same designer on IG before.
