Everything depends on what will happen with Brooks on the pier. Maybe CH and TPTB try to get us confused about how it will end up but they can't tell us things which are completly invented. So when CH wrote that the HTD is pivotal, I think it is.
- on one side, a guy she is in love but who never said the 3 words, who is not sure about a proposal, a nice family but a little reserved about her (no one said her they would be happy to see her in).
- on the other side, a guy who is in love and said it, who talked about their likely future, who is caring and responsible (the disabled sister), a family who said her they would love she was in. And Drew did say he will propose.

Des said she chose always the wrong guy. If she is as down to earth as it said, she is going probably to question her connection to Brooks and see otherwise Drew. I think the weird twist, the drama, the TPTB blah blah is about that.
Actually the 100 % in love statement was from Des not CH. This is why I am confused if she switches at FD.

I remember the "100%" sentence is hardly edited/VO and no one in the forum could exactly be sure what about she is 100%. :shock:

I don't agree about Brooks HTD...Brooks hasn't yet said ILY but he has shown love in other ways...Des sees that. I don't see Brooks family as being reserved. They were very friendly, funny and seemed very comfortable with Des. Brooks said he had his Mom's support 100% and that his mom loves Des.Brooks mom said Brooks and Des had the "love look" and saw that as being very tender. She certainly sees the possibility that there could for a proposal and said that it was exciting to have Des there. Brooks seemed to be very pleased with how the HTD went. TPTB show only what they want for us to see that fits their story line. Many things get cut and are on the editing floor. I thought it was a great HTD and Brooks didn't want her to go. Evidently we all see what we want to see. :Nod:

You are correct that most want to see their favorite get the girl. I don't have a favorite, but I will admit that my interest in Chris has waned after the nose procedure. I know it's lame for me to feel that way.

Bolded- I didn't feel/see what you saw in Brooks' HTD. I actually saw a strong mother, and she wasn't sure what to make of the situation so she threw it into Brooks' court. I see a lot of adjustment necessary for any girl marrying into that family. That was just what I was feeling based on the edit.

Des was the most into Brooks as of the HTD. She greeted him with open arms/legs. The others, not as much.

Zak's family was the easiest going, and probably the most fun.

Also, I think all of the HTD's were great. There is not one person in the whole bunch of relatives that I had problems with except Des' brother.... a bit worrisome and unpredictable. I have a feeling he may redeem himself before everything is said and done. clapping!

I am on my way out of town but a quick response. Brooks is loving towards Des in more ways than I can count. You can show love without saying the words. Brooks words were that he had his mother's support 100% and that his mom loved Des....those were his words. Probably lots of adjustments going into any of the families. Des seemed very comfortable at Brooks HTD and this is the family she would most like to be a part of. I appreciate the comments made about my post. It's great when people can see things differently but be respectful. bestbud!

For Zak, I think he was the funiest guy this season (loved when He and Des went for a the paint session. It was hilarious).

Haven't been on this thread for a while so sorry if this has been discussed in detail already but...

How does this schedule compare to other B'ette seasons? Seems like way too many days for LCD's and days off.

I know that it was suggested that perhaps the reasoning is that Brooks left and had to come back and therefore the FRC happened later than planned. And does CH usually leave the day immediately following the FRC?

There is something strange : the post about Drew would be post FRC ?!? Then why "will end up" and not "ends up" ?

One scenario would be that this poster was witness somehow to the fact that both Brooks and Chris left, but at the moment the post was made, Drew was enroute to the FRC so antiguaparadise wrote the tense 'in real time.'

Not who you asked, but I can't help it:

1. Desiree said that to Chris H. He may not say it, but he shows it in other ways. I would say that canoe part with him practically dumping them into the pond/lake just to get closer to her as an example.

2. I don't understand your question.

3. I believe Brooks said that and Chris H put it in his blog or interview with TV guide (although, I take anything Chris H says with a grain of salt).

My opinion is that ways Brooks has "shown love" is very subjective, not at all objective, as we can all perceive that in different ways. I think more concrete evidence is screen caps and seeing what comes out of their mouths.
I also put a lot of weight in the spoilers, though I know they are not 100% guarantee. Especially having different sources saying the same thing adds weight to the spoilers.

Also, I think lack of screen caps cannot totally rule something out (ex…Brooks having certain dates).

I think they read this board, I think they are doing what they can to keep people guessing and talking, and I think it is working.

Plus, we have to remember that it is Des who is saying Brooks has shown her love, so if she feels it, senses it, is aware of it, then that's what counts.
