Actually, I do think the leads write their own blogs because the writing styles are very different one to another and really seem to fit both personalities and educational backgrounds of the leads.  Des is VERY straightforward in her writing.

That being said, I do think TPTB oversee the post and edit (Sean repeatedly "misspelled" on of his gals' names- and thanked the editors for the change).  So, either the paragraph about the steamy makeout session was deliberately kept in the blog, or TPTB didn't pay attention and let it slip out- so we'll all be looking for Des' interactions with Brooks.

CH says that he has to actually see the episode to know how to write the blog.  I would think the lead would do the same- though viewing may just have brought back the memory of making out with Brooks- so real, it was as if she watched it- so it appeared in the blog.
