I would have to bet that's why Bryden left. I'm sure it was obvious to the guys she was into Brooks, and if you're not interested in the free ride of travel, I'd leave too.

Oh I'm pretty sure Chris sees it too. He's was visibly nervous when Brooks came back for their group date. I think he was afraid he wasn't going to get that rose after all.

I agree. He deserved to get it for sure, and her giving it to Brooks might have been understood with what happened but it would have telegraphed her feelings for Brooks even more.

Of course when you see my post your picture disappears...it's the one of Des and Brooks looking over the city when they were at the bridge. He looks to have his arm around her neck and kisses her forehead. Very sweet...

WOW, didn't see that one coming! Brooks' dad an informant for the CIA?! Now I HAVE heard everything on this show. I wonder if that will come out on HTD?

I find it interesting that the show didn't even mention he has 8 siblings.

Maybe, that's what Chris meant with the show having 'intrigue'...although, I really don't get why bring it up.

This is where I'm getting that from:

Speaking to HollywoodLife.com at the 17th Annual Webby Awards in New York on May 21, Chris said that Desiree’s season will be full of “drama” and “intrigue...

He also said:
