You don't know that, though. You don't know what he's done beforehand, and neither do I. Other than some possible failed entrepreneurial attempts. Someone should ask the Fit Marketing people what they think instead of making up stories.

But that's just it. Many do know what he did before FM. His linkedin profile is deleted(no coincidence there) since his being F1 has come to light, but I am quite sure someone from this site can produce it again. Many of us did see it before deletion.
He worked in a few floundering prospects. No big deal---that happens in life as you spread your wings and grow. But projecting this young man as a successful businessman as Yawn was falsely projected is not realistic to say the least.

Wow, so in addition to everything else...TPTB are now in the employment business? And they got Brooks a job back in October BEFORE Seaon's season in Utah at Fit Marketing in off chance that he was cast on the Bachelorette and then maybe the Bachelor?

Seems so. They were really planning ahead.

Posts such as "dont like him coz bad stuff will come out from what I hear" are not opinions not facts!
Fans should be allowed to be fans, and negative opinions be voiced. No-one HAS to like any of the guys, F1 included. Trying to turn people against contestants by hinting at proofs that are not posted = not an opinion!

I happen think that they are all good guys.

True, but in order to uncover the truth about people we do not know, we have to be less attached to them, be openminded about people who are just conveying what they discovered, and be more objective and less prone to romanticizing that person. (this is why the rules in this board say, you can say whatever you want but you cannot attack anyone for their thoughts and opinions)

I was so obstinate to give up the fairy tale. You know these people are real people, who may have ambitions outside marrying Des. There are 1001 reasons why men would want to be in Bachelorette and 99% of them do not fall under 'the right reasons'

There's seem to be a reason why Brooks deleted a lot of his social media activities. The wonderful sleuthers here and other boards found out about his connection with a showbiz guru that I have forgotten the name of. This buzz about him being a loafer, has been going long before the first episode was shown.
Do I believe them? Not 100%. The truth always comes out in the end.

I don't know why I keep being lumped in with the Chris and Drew fans because I've not expressed an opinion about either one of them.

And I hardly think posting anything negative about one contestant makes it some kind of competition against any of the other guys. That's kind of high-schoolish.

I'm against a setup F1. And IMO Brooks is a setup F1 just as Jef was. And the ratings indicate that I'm not the only one tired of this script.

Just going to laugh if this non-information constitutes dirt on someone. I won't comment on these things anymore as I just want to enjoy the show and this takes away from it for me --- but have to voice my opinion this time.

His co-workers and company seem to sure like him and everyone who knows him has only had positive comments. Haven't seen anyone who actually knows him speaking out to imply anything negative. Only tabs and strangers making assumptions without context. He may well be a bit of restless free spirit who moves to different opportunities as they interest him. Nothing wrong with that IMO. Isn't almost anyone who would end up on a reality tv show?

Based on the guy I watched on tv last week and Desiree's character (if she picked him) I doubt anything will show up that indicates he's not a good person. Starting a new job within many months of appearing on tv sure doesn't.

I think you are projecting something on yourself & me because I never say that you were. I was relating the comment to what you said and others.

To me, Brooks and Des had more natural interaction, conversation and chemistry on last week's date than Emily and Jef could muster over 10 weeks. Not comparable at all IMO.
