In looking through all those old pictures on Shay's blog you can really tell the difference in Sean's appearance from then to right now.

^^ Unmgirl, speaking of the difference in Sean's appearance from then and now, I think he looks happier. Not that he didn't look happy then but he's been glowing since his engagement to Cat. IMO

You are all awesome!!! I'm so happy to know Cath is so welcome to the Lowe's. I wonder if the other Bachelor/Bachelorette brought their F1's home. This means a lot. He's serious with her and wants her to see his hometown. Hugesmile

Definitely. I remember Shay posting a picture of him at Thanksgiving and he looked really happy.

I think Sean's appearance in general has changed a lot just from his time on the Bachelorette to the Bachelor. He seemed so much younger on the B'ette. Yet it was only a few months. He has progressively become more mature looking since then.

As for his physique, it seems he wants to bulk up again and put the weight back on that he lost. Personally I like his thinner face and neck. I wish he could bulk up without effecting that area but doubt it will happen.

By watching all their videos over and over again, they always have 2 kisses. Short kisses but they always do it twice. giggling

Oh wow! I've never seen this picture. He sure does look happy. This would have been about 10 days out from getting engaged. Thanks for the picture.

I noticed that too. Especially, at the MTP when Sean was putting her in the van. They kissed, Cat pulled away then he said one more. That's what I heard. Did anyone else hear it that way?

Has he done the same with anyone else on the show? Just curious. Speaking of two kisses, he did the same at the end of the dance with DWTS. He kiss her, said I love you, then kiss her again.....Love them...

definitely must be their way of "sealing each others love" .. doing 2 kisses. he also did the same thing when he viennese waltz his way to her on the DWTS and kissed her and said I LOVE YOU between kisses Hugesmile

I don't think he will go back to his fitness modeling/competition appearance, but I definitely think he wants to put on some of the muscle/weight he lost. On the plus side, it's gonna take him awhile to get back to that. But he will look hot regardless. And we know Cat will have no complaints if his "big, beefy arms" come back.
