The only way you can be sure if someone really says something is if it is in real time. With Tim talking to Sara saying he missed her all week "babe". That was all real time. Babe was just muted out. But you can read it on his lips. VO can and are patched in every where. So you can't determine who he is actually talking about.

I sent a tweet to Sara with the video to watch. She thanked me. I told her I only watch the show because of her and Tim and I hope she is happy no matter what. I told her that I hope they end up together and she just tweeted me again and said she cant wait for me to see the outcome. I hope that is good news. She is so sweet and her twin sister also favored the tweet. Here's praying.

There are so many signs that point to Sara as F1.
The turning point for Tim was when they went to the tree. He said that during that day he had 1&1 with all these sweet girls earlier BUT he was blown away by Sara and he had to go back and rethink things.
He even mentioned to Sara in Hawaii how he thinks about her when they are not together.
Tim's song is about Sara. Sara is the only girl there that has connected to Tim mentally. For Tim to sing "she makes everything alright" that means he's connected with someone mentally.
There is no other girl there that has a story or has spoken to Tim with any kind of substance. I like Hailey but she jokes around too much. She isn't putting herself out there for Tim to see.

Exactly @goodgirl! Sara's personality perfectly compliments Tim's. Those kinds of match ups don't start up as fast as some others. But once they take, the're the stuff of dreams - soul mates. Sara just figured it out much earlier than Tim.

I'm glad others see it exactly like I have from the beginning. The story line was and is can broken hearts find love again. If you watch body language closely and listen to words, it really does say it all. Even when the words are muted out in the edit. He has called her sweetheart, doll and babe. All from the start. If you listen to Sara's songs, and listen to Tim's songs you will see parts of her songs in his. Also he pays real close attention to words said to him. Sara from the 1st episode singing "open up your heart and see what loves about". This episode saying how happy she was. Tim saying to the girls thanking them for opening up his heart, and for being so happy. Watch at the end of the episodes where he literally is turned around facing in Sara's direction.
