I am on the Sara bus until the wheels fall off. I think it is very healthy to question what we see given the info that has been provided post show. The beauty of this forum is to express are feelings/concerns about the show/contestants. After watching the last episode, I am really curious to see who Tim picks. Of course, I would love Tim to pick Sara but if he does not that is perfectly fine. Sara is truly a class act and the reason I have kept on watching this show. To see her journey on this show has been so refreshing and real! I instantly connected with her from the get go. She is truly a beautiful soul that has made me happy I tuned in to watch this show even though I was hesitant at first. Sara is very blessed and loved and that is all that matters to me in the end. :cutesmile!:

I was/am a Hailey fan. Love her! But this is not about her; it is about Tim's search for love. The matchmakers picked GREAT girls for him and he realized it and said it. He knew in his head why Sara is so perfect for him. He even felt at home with her family. It is like Amber said, they are so much alike that the danger is that Sara not be put in the sister zone; that she needs to be very flirty and make a romantic connection. He had an instant romantic connection with Jenna, possibly because of the resemblance to his ex, but it is clearly there. Ben told Beth that he sees why they matched them; on paper they were perfect, but you could tell he wasn't feeling it. Patty Stanger crudely says on Millionaire Matchmaker, "The p---s does the picking!" and girls, I think in this case it may be the deciding factor. For Ben and Tim, it seems to come down to the same choice: strong sexual attraction (Allie and Jenna) or sensible moderate attraction (Angela and Sara). Because most of us are women, the choice seems easy. I think men see it differently and that's why we have so much trouble understanding them. Because of Kari, Ben may have decided on the more sensible choice. I am not sure about Tim.

Also one more thing about Sara and her family. If she isnt the one her parents are wonderful. For her dad to post that "Lavapez" comment if Tim is with Jenna shows alot. In the end maybe they feel that if Tim didnt totally adore their daughter she is better off without him.

I wish someone could post screen caps of Tim and Sara at the mountain. I just looked at Jenna's pics at her 'marriage site' and the body language is so off that they are not even touching and in one pic Tim has both hands on his hips!

I can only compare to the tree date which is 'Tim's special place' and both Sara and Tim are touching whether standing, sitting, talking, kissing...

Also the title of this show is 'are you ready for love?' And we have been shown proof that Jenna has been struggling to even admit to falling for Tim. While both Sara and Tim seem to be two lost souls that were not willing to move on until they took a chance and went on the show. The tree date was when they both knew they were ready to fall in love and the feeling was deeper ever since. And Tim even purposely made a point to thank the girls for 'opening up his heart and allowing him to be a better person and to be happy' and you see sara whisper ' thank you Tim' which means that she feels the same about him...heck he even used her lyric from the first date!

Also when Tim's mom got emotional and said how Tim is a tender hearted soul and she doesn't want to see him hurt again...then you hear the VO of Tim about Sara being loyal and faith and when she loves, she loves completely. First of all at this part they show Tim kissing her so tenderly on the forehead with a smile so it showed the opposite of Tim actually able to love completely (subliminal message maybe?). And those silly grins of his is like he can't believe he has found this girl...remember the sean and Catherine scene? It's the same stare...

I'm firmly strapped in on the Sara bus...

Karche, where I am totally on board with you is that I saw the same thing you did on the screen with respect to Sara and Tim (may disagree somewhat about your observations about Tim and Jenna as I did see crazy chemistry between the two of them but I don't think the edit showed much depth in their relationship, albeit that doesn't mean it didn't exist). Given all of the evidence accrued, the edit is extremely puzzling to me and I say that as someone who has watched the majority of the seasons of the Bachelor franchise.

For those of you who thought Tim and Sara's dad Bob's conversation seemed kinda spliced poorly. The fact is, it was. Anyway I have gone back over it. And I think I have figured out what went down. Keep in mind this is JMO.

Ok this is how I think that conversation went down.
I am almost 100% sure that Tim asks Sara's dad for her hand in marriage. Here's why. Tim probably said there were several girls. But when the decision is made he would like Sara's dad's approval to marry his daughter. Then Sara's dad says "You're the guy that's got the feelings Tim, you've got to go with your gut"

I think that if Tim did ask her dad for her hand in marriage that meant so much to him. I can see him get emotional. It's like her past pain is behind and now they move forward. And then telling Tim how much he appreciates him giving her back to them. What ever the saying was. That makes sense in this portion of the conversation.

Tim might of even asked him if he thought Sara was ready after loosing Timmy.
Here's where this might of played out.
"Sara has told us she's there, she's there". Sara's dad said sorry he gets emotional. Probably because Sara has found another love that will mend her broken heart.

when you watch the table conversation and Tim is talking about Santa Barbara. When Tim says she taught me that you can't give up on "falling in love" because you lost someone. When he says "falling in love" he is looking right at Sara.

And the fact that he thinks of Tim as a son. Shows that he would welcome Tim into the family. Think about it.

Tim saying to Sara in the garden.
Something is there that he has never felt before. Which tells me it is stronger than with his ex wife. And more meaningful.

Tim joking about the kiss saying "promise is out the window, but that is quit alright".

Tim "Sara is the woman for me". That was said with such confidence and meaning behind it in his tone of voice. That it was like Tim saying it's Sara.

At the mountain telling Sara he knows he can trust her with everything when he is touring and such. Doesn't have to worry about thing.
(That is huge for someone who is on the road all the time. And knows that his home base is safe and protected by someone he believes in and trusts).

Remember this is only my thoughts.

Iluvbachette- I hope you are right! I noticed he took just Sara's dad, not mom too..like he did with Jenna's.. So to me that is why I wondered if he wanted to get Sara's dads blessing.. Hope we are right!!
