I am not the most twitter literate person but I think you may be correct. My twitter does not list replies and retweets in the person's profile only direct tweets. I have to go to ALL to get those. Catherine's tweet does not show up for me unless I hit ALL to get her replies. I may be totally off but I think he may have tweeted something that she replied to and then he deleted his tweet.
