You know, I've been wondering why they seem to be rushing Des' season's filming.... I suppose it might be to fit in Cassie's "window".... before she can't travel anymore.

I love Catherine and Sean's exchange.... Catherine since she knows she might have been spotted and Sean for following up with the false rumor idea and poking fun at it/them!!!!!

wow. I think that's the best witty tweet I've read from Cat. I had to read it twice to finally get it. hahahaha

She is way better at it than Sean. I think he is trying to be like her, but missing the mark on occasion. You've either got that talent or you don't and maybe he should leave that to her. She is good, very good. So quick with the wit and it's always fun, never a sharp side to it.

Sean is himself on twitter, and Catherine is herself. Is she witty and edgy? Yes. Is he sarcastic and wry? Yes. I really don't want him to be her.... and definitely don't want her to be him. They get each other, though..... and I'm guessing they find many who don't get either one of them.... so good for them!

Ok jcrbil. I see your point. But she is a hit with her witty and edgy humor and his sarcastic and wry.. not so much. He didn't try to be funny so much pre-Cat and I just think it is not always working for him. Sarcasm doesn't always translate well via tweets and the media. All you have to do is read the comments below the articles about his sarcastic comments to see that others are not getting it. I have been defending some of it, so I am totally open minded on the topic. I just think she is super witty in a fun way and he is getting himself into some trouble. Now privately, they may mesh quite well with their humor, but I was referring to the public perception.

I guess I just don't think he should change who he is for the benefit of the viewing public. If we don't like what he says, or how he tweets, we don't need to follow, listen, watch. I often cringe when I read a tweet that I know will cause a reaction- because I know what's coming- and it's probably why I no longer read his whole feed, but only read his tweets and his replies to tweets. But the half a million or so people who follow him can give him a bad time about it or unfollow him..... he says his friends give him "crap" all the time... and I'm sure they do- and he listens to it and then they have opportunities to do it all over again. But I really don't think he takes himself that seriously and sort of wishes that no one wouldn't take him so seriously.

I really do understand your points. I just hate to see him getting into such hot water over things he probably didn't intend. Sarcasm is tricky to pull off. The media and social media can be a minefield and he is having a rough time is all I was saying. Cat seems to navigate it effortlessly so kudos to her. Hugesmile
