For those of you who can't watch yet, I'm writing up a little summary of Tim's date. Here is part one through the trivia contest. I wrote what I felt were the key parts up to that point. There were a few things I skipped.

Post 1 of Tim's date:
Tim says: “The matchmakers found phenomenal people for me. I love Hailey’s goofy side. I definitely feel like there’s some good chemistry with Jenna and I right now.”

Siham expresses in a PI like she’s behind because Jenna already has kissed the guy. It’s not fair. Tension between Siham and Jenna play a big part of this episode in terms of conflict between the girls. The conflict: Jenna’s too young. She can’t be serious about a relationship. She’s too young to settle down. The “older” girls seem jealous of Jenna’s connection with Tim. Jenna in turn seems a little smug (not trying to be judgmental here...just can't come up with a better word at the moment) about their connection and seems to be aware of the other girls’ jealousy toward her. She comes across a little feisty, meaning her territorial side is coming out.

In a PI, Jenna talks about having a major crush on Tim and that she wants it to move into the love feeling...

Trivia game asking questions about Tim ensues. He observes the girls having a competitive nature. He likes it. It shows they all want to be here and want to gain any advantage they can. Jenna wins the alone time date with Tim. Jenna comments in a voiceover that she can really bring out that girlfriend role now. Tim and Jenna seem to share a lot of smiles through the game. Side comment: Jenna ought to give lessons on how to flirt. She’s got game! IMO

Anyone having trouble watching it on NBC channel. Is it on tv at all.

I thought this was a good episode, though I'm finding I still can't get into Ernesto and his women. (I'm listening to it as I'm typing this.)

I find it interesting that Sara sang the beginning/intro of the episode and they showed *a lot* of clips of her time with Tim. Also, I picked up that during Ready for Lopez, he said his favorite spot was the tree and they had showed clips of Sara with him at the tree. Hmm... But Jenna & Tim have some great chemistry going on and it's easy to see he's really into her.

Ben, Ben, Ben... I still think Kari, if she's sincere, would be really good for him. He's SOO into her and their chemistry is better than his with anyone else. I feel like everyone else is a tease b/c they're following cheesy tips and Kari didn't need anything other than to be in the right place at the right time. That said, his first kiss with Angela is the same place as where he proposes. Is it really that simple?!

Have to say - I'm not a fan of either Allie or Mandy's. They come off as sweet girls but have shown their claws to each group of girls they're with and make me wonder just how fake they really are.

cantstopwatchin I cringe when I see Ben with Kari, I don't see a happily ever after there. Funny you mention cheesy tips and that's exactly what Kari did/used too. Ben does have unresolved feelings for her, hopefully he can get that sorted through the season...although not sure about that if Kari's still flirting with him on twitter, they do have a confusing relationship! Has he kissed every girl on the show already, lol.

I did like Beth, she seems really sweet.

I should've prefaced my post with saying that I know Kari used the tip but it wasn't a cheesy 'I'm wearing sexy lingerie' or what 'would we do the morning after a night spent together or anything like that.' I mean, seriously, who of us would say that to a guy? But with Kari, she just worked on trust and didn't need to do anything to get him to kiss her b/c he took the initiative. The only one I'd equate to her would be Taryn who just asked her to meet him in the orchard and he took the initiative from there...

I'm cautiously with you CSW. I liked Kari for Ben after episode 1 more than anyone else. They do have chemistry, and it felt like Ben wasn't over her yet. But then episode 2 happened. I felt like Kari was manipulative and bitchy. In episode 3, I am back to liking Kari, sort of. She seemed to soften up after she and Ben had their time...but, boy, did she get thrown under the bus by Lynsee. So, I don't know what to believe at this point.

In terms of the supposed F2, I prefer Angela over Allie for the reason you mentioned above.

Lost, you mentioned that Ben has kissed everyone. It's like their kiss is their tryout...and that's bugging me. Ideally, he should be kissing them because he feels the connection...not to see if there is a connection. I think he has it backwards.

One final question. I know there were a few previews at the start of the show, but I don't recall seeing any at the end. I'm wondering if I turned it off too soon. Anyone recall previews at the end?

This. Yes - exactly. He cant tell if he's attracted to them without kissing them. Oh Ben.
