I think they have the legal right in TWO years. Which even means that they can't do it privately and then sell the pictures themselves. If they have their wedding privately, it will be totally private.

Can someone explain to me..the stipulations on these relationships..
If the couple breaks up after getting engaged, they return the ring. What is the time frame? If they break up within 2 years ? or less?
How about for marriage, if the couple gets a divorce (after a certain period) , do they return the rings, too? I don't mean to be a debbie-downer, but I'm just curious.

I want to thank all of you, for your great sleuthing, diverse opinions and most of all this forum so that we can all come here and share. Yesterday, was quite the day. I had my mother's memorial service and wasn't able to get to the show till 1:15. By that time, the Q&A was finished and Catherine was already seated and signing autographs. She did this for approximately 3hrs. Many eager females all ages standing in a very long line. Once she was done we started to speak about her Bachelor experience transitioning to DWTS. I found great comfort knowing that she looked at DWTS as a"temporary diversion". She's got such a great positive outlook. This is one girl who's totally in love, so very genuine, and looking forward to her future with Sean. Once again thank you all for your perspectives and especially this forum.

Thank you for taking time to see Cat and reporting back to us. Does she look exactly the way she did on TV? I've read it mentioned by others who saw her that she is much prettier in person. Would you agree with that? Did you take pictures with her?

I am glad to hear that DWTS is a temp diverson for them and they will live a more normal live. I know once Dez season starts and a new Bachelor is announce, they will be off radar.

I was trying to determine if Catherine is going to do Sean's other SWS appearances ... I suppose they will make that determination based on whether he continues on.... He's scheduled this week and next, but I think he's figured out he can't make those appearances and dance well. Catherine, however, seemed to star at the SWS, so I think they'd happily have her to fill in!

I think Raleigh on the 28th is the last Southern Women's show for which he is slated. The other ones (e.g. Jacksonville) are not until late summer/early fall and the last time I checked he was not listed as a celebrity.
