When I first saw this sc I knew something didn't look right. After getting more
sc I can now see there is so much wrong with this picture. I will post what I think JMO.
The guy is standing in front of girl. Girls arms don't match up. One is bigger than the other.

The arms don't match to one person. The girl is standing in front of the guy. And the guy doesn't look like Tim.

Definately man's hands in air. Arms don't match up to where they should be on body. It actually looks like 3 people.
