Oh hey neighbor! I live 1.5 hrs from Richmond (Gainesville/Bristow VA) area. I've been hearing about this event for some time now, but for some reason I thought this was somewhere else like Richmond BC, the word southern should have given me some clue. (I didn't even think Richmond was south enough). Oh well. Take pictures if you do go.

After seeing so many "Sean" appearances and knowing all his responses already to the same questions, it would be nice to get more of Catherine's perspectives and experiences of their dates.

I agree. I like the fact that Catherine is taking his place. I'm sure Sean has a lot of rehearsing to do for DWTS. And it's been a long time since we really heard from just Catherine. Sure we see the DWTS after party videos every week, and there was that joint interview with Mario Lopez, but there really hasn't been an interview where it's just her talking about everything. I'm really looking forward to hearing what she has to say about their relationship, and their future plans.

Same here. I want to hear from Catherine because Sean gets a lot of interviews without her. I hope she receives a warm welcome. Catherine isn't exactly "Southern", so I can see how a few of the women may not be that excited about her replacing Sean (their Southern boy). However, true SeanCat fans will be delighted to meet her.

The SOuthern Women's Show Richmond announced the change from Sean to Catherine and some people are clearly not happy. I'd be happy to see either one of them, but clearly most of the female population would rather see Sean.

I'd be just as happy - possibly happier - to go hear Catherine! We've heard so much from Sean; I want to hear from Catherine and let her take the lead. She is intelligent and quirky fun. Hopefully, she is not receiving media training 101 before her trip so that she'll be a little unfiltered. I can't wait to hear more from her and let her fun girl nature shine.

I don't live anywhere near Richmond but spent an extended time there and LOVE that city. I believe that this northern-most southern city - so close to D.C. - would welcome Catherine with open arms.

I don't think I would expect unfiltered Catherine- not that would get prepped for the Q & A, but more that I've seen her be pretty reserved in interviews. She is so incredibly well-spoken, however, that some in attendance might need a dictionary (and not and urban one- though she's pretty conversant in that, too).

YES! I totally agree with you. What I loved about her is .. not using the word 'amazing' (in the show) ..well, maybe once, but thats it.
So, would the word "hungraay" as in hungry (in her introduction video that wasn't aired) show up in the urban dictionary?
Plus, I admired her when she was interested in learning the Thai language...when she asked Sean to guess the "love the beef" when she said it in Thai and when she greeted the 'elephant handler' in Thai before they rode the majestic animal.
