My brother in law crossed the finish line 30 min before it happened. What should have been such a great day was ruined for so many. I couldn't imagine training for the race of your life only to have it destroyed. My prayers go out to all of them. Praying

Andy Baldwin tweeted that many of the runners were going to the hospitals to donate blood after the explosion. Refusing to be victims. So courageous.

It says that they have identified a suspect who was seen in video dropping a black bag near the second bombing scene!
