I can see friends or family watching them as well. A friend or family members, someone probably is in town for DWTS or just to visit while they're living in LA. I googled Clumsy Cat - It's a boutique in LA (must be the one in the pic) and Gangster's Paradise is a song that must have been playing

I don't think Shay was taking care of the doggies. Last night she tweeted a cute photo of her kids sleeping in the same bed- not a hotel- clearly Smith's bed.

Shay did say she'd be at DWTS this week, though.,

She posted a photo of herself and Andrew in L.A. like an hour ago so they are there now.
