Often front-runners don't get any sort of date in one of the first two episodes.... Roberto and Chris, for example. Can't remember Ashley's first group date well enough to know. But in Ben's season, front-runner Courtney and Kacie in Ep2 got one on ones.... Catherine was at all the group dates.... but no one on one until Ep6.... Lindsay didn't have a date the first week at all. They may be trying to get away from a formula a little bit so people have a little more trouble figuring it out. Production has a hand in telling the story/keeping the secrets by who goes on what date.... and then editing makes it all come together- somehow. But if it becomes too formulaic viewers won't tune in.

In Ashley's second episode, JP and Mickey flipped a coin to see who would get the 1-1, and Mickey won the 1-1. Therefore JP did not get any date in episode 2, but they did show that really cute scene at the cocktail party of them sharing their first kiss. :Smiley:

I believe atem speculate that there were 2 group dates on Ep.3 So when atem and i talking about Chris have a solo it means that during the time when the other group date (western date or else) was happening...[while the counterpart of dodgeball date was a solo with Kasey]

I guess it is possible that they could have 2 group dates and 2 1-1 dates, but Chris isn't going to get a group date and a partial/solo 1-1 in the same week.

ETA: Not sure there is time on the schedule for 2 group dates and 2 1-1 dates.

I really think TPTB have gone back to their old ways and keeping the F4 from going home till the F1 is home as well...If they want to keep the ending a secret that is the way to go even though we don't like it.

The only problem to me with twitter and instagram is how easy it is for anyone to create one under their name! Even Molly said that someone created an instagram account pretending to be her and she doesn't have one!

I don't get what you mean by making the Final 4 stay. Stay where? I don't see the Final 4 guy staying in CA for 2 more weeks.

Chris was doing so well with the company that they were ok with him taking a two month leave of absence for the filming of the bachelorette. His job is waiting for him when he returns.
