You could tell that she HATES not being able to say that she wisened up and got rid of Bentley. Poor girl probably desperately wants to clear her name. hissyfit

She did say in response to the engagement that the tabloids do have credibility.

I think she was talking about feelings for Bentley in terms of the upcoming shows, not in the real present time.
