Moonchild I just have to comment on the gif of the child and dog...it is simply beautiful....children find joy in the simplest of things around us (especially mud puddles).

I love this gif. It was in one of those emails being circulated as the best animal gifs. It was taken from a video that is on Utube. I can try to find the video and send it to you privately, if you like. The child is just too cute for words and I volunteer for Shar-pei rescue. So, I love that this shows that one of the big myths about the Shar-pei breed is not true......that they aren't good family dogs. After working with this breed for over twenty-five years, I can tell you that what you see here is more the norm than not.

^^^ I was thinking the same thing, moonchild! Her cheekbones were strikingly high and angular during the show but not so much now.

It could be just the picture or maybe she gained a few pounds. 32 is way too young to get fillers!

I agree with the weight gain. To me, some of the most recent pictures of AshLee made it appear that she might have put on a few pounds since leaving the show. I took that as a good sign that she was in a better place and had found peace with what happened between her and Sean.

I am someone who loses weight when I go through stressful situations, and I really don't need to lose!! A lot of that can depend on what kind of metabolism that you have as well. It is also possible that AshLee could have even lost a little weight while she was on the show.

I just think that AshLee's change in appearance is a result of several things: (1) possible weight gain after the show (2) changes made in her makeup giving her a softer look and (3) someone who appears to have put the breakup behind her and has the look of happiness on her face.

Also, I highly doubt that AshLee and Erica Rose run in the same circles in Houston. Houston is a big city, and just because they both live there, it does not mean that they know each other. I don't think that AshLee had any work done to her face, and I refuse to give that rumor any legs. She looks gorgeous in those pictures from the WTA. And that is all that I see. I wish her the best and hope that she came out of this situation a much wiser person. God bless her.

I'm sure that Ashlee and many of the women had their makeup professionally done for the WTA. It's easy enough to do in LA and makes total sense. But they do not have professional makeup artists for the bachelorettes on the show.

You're right - you don't know anything about her that hasn't been posted on the Internet or interpreted from a radio/tv interview. I suppose I can see where one might get a fame-seeking vibe from the public appearances, but I assure you that is not her. She is just a normal gal that loves her family and wants her brother to be happy.

lori8481, you are so right. Shay doesn't deserve this, nor does Sean. We can't see their souls/thoughts/motivations so how can we 'judge'? About this time every year, for some reason, there is an onslaught of negativity towards the Bachelor/bachelorette lead and all those surrounding them. Perhaps its a reaction to the superfans also generated during this time. We will see where it goes post filming. The truth always rises and we will see it. JMO!!!!!!

Yes, there are people who feel this way after observing her. You know, that's what happens when you get involved on a reality show, you leave yourself open to criticism. I'm sure she's thought about that and is A-okay with it, because she loves her brother soooooooooo much.
