I think that Lindsay may have been the original B'ette pick, but she's kind of bombed with viewers and I think they are now re-evaluating their options. None of the women that I know who watch the show like Lindsay. Her personality may be appealing to a guy, but something about her is very off-putting to women, and that's a problem when the Bachelorette's primary audience consists of women and they need to like the lead. I believe it'll be between AshLee and Des.

I never got the appeal of Lindzi on Ben's season. I thought she was boring, and her "pack a day" voice grates on my nerves. I also think she seriously lowered her appeal as B'ette when she very publicly hooked up with Kalon and carried on a relationship with him.

I'd also like to see Lesley as Bachette, but I don't think she's a serious contender, unfortunately.

I would like that ja1968! (You and I may be the only ones! :giggling:) She's been my favorite ever since the beginning even though sometimes I agree with people that she is intense. I think she could be a good Bachelorette. I also agree that it doesn't matter if she isn't fun because the Bachelors will provide that. Last night, I noticed she got a lot of Twitter love. There was also that bit about her getting a makeover for the reunion show.

All that said, I like Lindzi too and ALL of the F4 this season. So I think it's safe to say that I'll like whoever is the next Bachelorette. :Smiley:

It looks like the Missouri beauty Lindsay, 24, will get her heart broken by Sean at the final rose ceremony, but it’s all good, because she is going to get her own season of the ABC show! Lindsay’s popularity on The Bachelor has sealed the deal, apparently.

“They [ABC] will obviously take into consideration which girls are most liked by the public on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets, but it’s safe to say that Lindsay Yenter is the front runner right now and will probably get it,” reports Reality Steve.

Hooray! For those of you who follow HollywoodLife.com‘s coverage of The Bachelor, you will know that I am rooting for Lindsay to win. Ever since she stepped out of the limo on the first night wearing a wedding dress, she has proved what a great contestant she is. And while I am devastated that she is not going to win, this will totally make up for it!
