The mansion doesn't look like the one in Vancouver that was for sale, that they used for the first season. I will have to dig more.

That hotel in Cabo lists some great area activities including scuba diving, which Tim mentioned in his bio.

I am thinking first group date + extra date with one chosen girl, the rest fly back to the mansion. It looks like they are following the same format as S1, which differs from the U.S. Bachelor.

It does look different...the front doors are arched and there is an L-shaped wing out front.

I can't find anything similar yet. Judging by the trees in the background and whatever that is that's in bloom, if it's real, I'm thinking it is in the Vancouver area. I'm not sure that they have had a good spring though.
Maybe someone from that area could fill us in on their thoughts as to the location of this mansion.
I don't think there's much in bloom in Toronto. I'm just going by my area, we barely have perennials coming up. Being 1 1/2 hrs away I would think we are similar.

I'm zooming in that pic to see if I can figure out what license plate that is. It looks white, which could be Ontario, or BC. But while zooming, I noticed that tall structure to the left in the background.
CN Tower, Toronto? The round part could be in the clouds. Are there houses/mansions on Toronto Island I wonder. I need some time to dive into this.

Actually, the first season, the mansion was in Victoria, Bear Mountain Resort on Vancouver Island. They are probably in the same area but not using the same mansion. In another pic from the producers, there was an arbutus tree in the pic and they grow on the island or lower mainland ONLY. Also the flowering trees there are just in bloom in Victoria but not in Vancouver right now so I am thinking Vancouver Island is the mansion location.
