I don't think it was about him- the only thing they keep bringing up about him is the "born again virgin" thing which he now addresses with a more complete answer (i.e. that his faith would dictate that sex is special and should be reserved for the person with whom he is going to spend his life).
There were "stories" put out there about several of the girls, including Catherine (Sophie and perhaps others) first posted about it. I'm guessing it is this one gossip piece to which Sean is referring. This is a solid response- and protects everyone, not just the F1.

Some of the stuff they did say is true though. Like Leslie H DUI RS talked about it and we know AshLee was the teenage bride. Not saying everything is true but some of it probably is. But good for Sean for defending everyone :yes:

I thought he was talking about the Manti Te'o situation. Anyways, the Radar article about Catherine's dad and some of the other contestants IMO is really unnecessary. Even if some of what they reported did turn out to be true. Who cares?

I think someone else thought he was talking about Manti Te'o (a story which real reporters are giving legs) on his twitter and he answered him back vaguely, but negatively about that- the mention was Deadspin or something like that. He made no direct reference to anything, but did make his feelings about gossip columnists known. I don't think he's going to rise to any bait that might get thrown out there.
