I saw the photo but thought it must be a fan picture given she was in NY the date prior to celebrate her bday. Her friends surprised her.

But, go Kasey if it's true. They look cute.

A rep for Swank would not comment on the pair's status but did say the "photo was not taken any time recently," and that Swank "is out of the country and has been for a few days.

This isn't the first time Kasey would post a pic of himself and Hilary. I think she might be friends with his sister, or something. Can't really remember what he had said about her in the past.
