I think he is getting around.... but I think he lives near one of the shopping centers (maybe in an apartment sort of attached?). I think this is how he pretty much lives his life- and I would expect him to live his life. I think some of those tweets were from last night.

Remember that last season Fleissy was using 'KA-BOOM' tweets directed at RS....so he probably thinks he is turning the tables on him!!!!
