I agree it could be the evening part of the LCD. Maybe they had dinner on the boat. I do think Whitney will be at the FRC, the producers often try and fool viewers with what appears to be a contestant backing out. Remember Ben's season with Nicki's VO which gave the illusion of her pulling out? We have to be careful not to take what we are shown as the truth of what went down.

I can't shake the feeling that WDG is Whitney. We may be in for a big surprise at the end.

When I zoom (400%) in on the boat picture Brad's shirt doesn't look blue. It looks like someone (poor job) coloured it and the blue is bleeding into Whitney's top which looks like the v neck top of WDG. I really do think that the picture has been doctored.

Looking at the picture of them closer on the boat, Brad is clearly wearing black shorts. It is not his arm. Besides is has been established that Bianka is WDG girl because there is a screencap of her getting dressed showing her tan line from the pinky ring she always wears. Does not mean Whitney does not show up at the FRC ceremony but she is not WDG, imo.

oftentimes - white shirts will take on a blueish hue - especially around a blue sky/water. We saw it in Deanna's season in her F3 RC when Jeremy was wearing a white shirt, that appeared to be blue.
