Just got back from my surgeon's office. Everything is healing as it should and I'll see him once more in a month.

I agree. I don't understand what possesses someone to do this, but according to the news sources he shot hit father at home and his mother at the school. She was a teacher.

Just heard from my family in Connecticut. My nephew goes to that school and I was waiting by the phone all day scared to death of what I might learn. Thankfully my nephew is okay. Wishing I could hug him tonight though.

So glad that your nephew is ok, Starshine and hopefully, he will not be too traumatized by this horrific event. Seeing all of those sweet faces with their whole life ahead of them makes what happened so sad and unfathomable.
