Is that usual to not have any interviews until Jan? I know they're busy filming now so can understand why not now but don't they usually have interviews when the lead is announced?

I remember them showing an interview with Ashley on Extra during her 1-on-1 date with Ben C. Didn't that air before the season was about to start?

When was this picture taken?

This has to be at least 4 or 5 years ago. The girl in the picture is Sean's ex-girlfriend, Brooke.

Didn't Erika (Season 16) have one of those during one of the RC? Maybe that wouldn't be considered the same thing because she just fainted?

In the earlier RCs, Alex eliminated half of the contestants from 15 down to 8.

I could see Sean doing this one but can't remember if anyone since then has also cut the cast so quickly.

According to TVGuide, it was the 2nd episode that he went from 15 women to 8. Then, in Episode 3, he went from 8 women to 4. And the 4th episode was the hometown dates. There were only 7 episodes in Season 1 including the Women Tell All.

Do you think he would cut more women an episode than usual and have fewer episodes than past seasons?
