Kasha thanks again for the map which finally made sense of this area for me. The main reason I think they may be staying at hotels is for the "promotional considerations" which equal free or nearly so. Even if they stay at private rentals, they still most likely hire local staff for catering etc. Someone mentioned on the board that Fiji is a small place and TB filming there is a big deal. I think it would have been nearly impossible to contain all the chat about this and not have leaks...hence "Fijiman". Now whether he understands the complete or real picture is another story.

He never referred to Ben as Ben F, but when I sent him a picture of Ben F he confirmed that was the Ben he saw with Ashley.

I'm keeping an OPEN mind about Ben F. :Nod:

My last ditch effort has been to email a tripadvisor Fiji destination expert. I sent the 2 pictures and she/he will get back to me.

Sometimes all the information we are looking for can be overwhelming. What are we searching for now? The place CH and his wife ate at in his twitter picture while filming in Fiji?

Hmm...this is very tricky. It may have worked seasons ago, but now they have to sign confidentiality clauses also and so probably will not fall into that trap. You have to be tricky.
Years ago, I called the hotel Bevin staying was at in Hawaii for her FD?(a Hilton). I think it was to verify something like hall and room decor in order to match up with certain scs we had. The god awful lies I made up to get them to describe in detail the hallways carpet, walls and then the suite she was sc'ed in, etc...shaking head. The key thing in getting the hotel employee to give me the info was not saying I was calling in reference to anything regarding TB, because I knew if the employee suspected my mission--that door would be slammed in my face. So glad that was a toll free number!!
Then during De's season when we were trying to find out which site the hoe-down was at--I did the same. I called saying I was a tv producer and wanted to know if they ever rented their site out for filming. Discussed the bull riding and insurance etc and sounded quite convincing. Must have called 4 different places until I got BINGO.
Key being, you can't let them know your real motive--TB or "ette.
