Yes, i am, Bloomers! No, she must finish all her requirements in the specific university she is currently enrolled in whether as an undergrad or for post grad specialization. IIRC, Ashley is with University of Pennsylvania? A lil side story. I live in Asia. My brother lived in Pennsylvania and he wanted me to move there and take up my specialization at Ashley's Uni because it is one of the Best Dental Schools if not The Best in the U.S. Well, i didn't want to migrate there because i'm deeply rooted here. I've batchmates in college who did go there and they're saying it's tough. I do not know where to begin in telling you guys the things we needed to do just to graduate.Then after Dental School, one must hurdle the Board Exams. A pressure cooker, really. I must say, Ashley is one very, very intelligent girl because getting qualified in UPenn is like getting through the eye of the needle. You obviously have to be one of the brightest. And Ashley is! Yes, i don't understand the insecurities, babygirl!

Ashley i guess at this stage sacrificed her career in search for Love. I really wish her the best. Now if it does not work out. At least she will have no regrets. Thanks for this insight Cari. I am from PA and agree UPenn is known as one of the best schools in the nation.

Are you familiar with US licensing for dentists? Specifically, we had awhile ago been talking about the process to obtain a license in NY as well as in California. Or are dentists nationally licensed.

Alana, I think it was you who found out CA requires a state license. Is this true for NY as well.

I was hoping we could sleuth where Ash applied for licensing if that occurs before Aug 1 LOL.
