I am not San, but do you have photobucket? That is what I use to make them.

Hi halfpintdynamite! I'm so sorry that I'm only answering you now. I was not on the board for a while, so I missed your post. To answer your question, I make them using the program Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. The cd to download it for free came with my new laptop. It is a really great program for editing photos, and also for blending. : )
