Brill / Dee - how cute is that! T4P. (now i'm off to get dinner and ready to watch the complete trainwreck called BP2 where none of the contestants apprently emerged as couples....shame on TB producers lol).

Thanks for posting Brill. Glad to get some more insight about Heather/Miles and Skip/Theresa as couples. Now that they are down to the final 3, I would hope both couples get substantially more screen time. Or is that asking too much? lol

Couple's Choice Shocker

So some huge upsets on Wednesday's show with the double elimination. Nobody saw that coming. What the hell Steele? That guy really likes breaking hearts. Do you guys think Brandee should have said yes to Steele? We went into that Couple's Choice Ceremony thinking that it would just be run of the mill and the last two, Ben and Brandee would go home. Wow, were we wrong.

Unfortunately, because of time constraints we had to drop a lot of what you ended up seeing on the show. First of all, Brandee was so pissed at Ben we had to get another car in to take her back to the cabins because she refused to get in the car with him. Can you blame her though? Ben was such a jerk to her. Now I actually thought Ben was a nice guy, don't get me wrong, but he was way out of line in that last episode. Second thing that was dropped that I thought was rather important is when Steele was rejected by Brandee and went to the unmatched area, I asked Erica how she felt about that, to which she replied, "Oh fine, it was part of a plan we both had." Steele blew up and said, "That's bullshit, there was no plan between us." Erica then went back on what she said and admitted it was a complete surprise. I don't blame her for lying though, she was probably just really hurt and didn't want to look like an idiot.

It was such a crazy Couple's Choice Ceremony; Skip came out with a really funny line that didn't make the cut: "It seems the inmates have taken over the asylum." He actually twittered me when it went to air, gutted that we took out all his funny lines; I said, "Welcome to my world." That's one of the hardest parts of doing a TV show, seeing a lot of the great moments cut because of time.

We didn't really want to have a double elimination, so we went up and down the line in the unmatched area several times to make sure everyone knew what would happen and to make sure they were positive they were making the right decision. In the end, nobody wanted anything to do with each other, so they all had to go. I think this really proves that all our contestants are in this for the right reasons and not just to win the prize. Because of the massive upset in the last episode with the double elimination, we had to completely change how we end the show. Initially, we were meant to have three couples left in the final show, but we are going to mix things up now. Also, pay special attention to this week's show because we have completely changed the way we do the Couple's Choice Ceremony. The first couple will not be safe from elimination, and the last couple will not be automatically eliminated. It gets wild.

This week's adventure we go to the Caribbean Seaside of Costa Rica on a quest for treasure - elimination will be unlike any so far with a surprise from Darren. Hmmm, it sounds like there will be something like a Newlywed Game set of questions. This should be revealing in terms of how much depth has developed in the relationship versus just physical attraction. I'm really curious as to who wins.

Who do you think is in the finals ? I think Sam/Mike are just based on what she wrote in twitter/facebook about "the last 2 episodes". Which leads me to belive she is there for 2 episodes more. What do you all think ?

I'm not sure who else is in the running.

Does Darrens interview have a comments section ? I want to let him know that they better have a where-are-they-now episode. It will be interesting to see how the couples have fared since filming but also the other contestants. Did their dating lives improve after the show ? Did they learn from it etc.
If in fact real-life relationships did form on this show (and I believe there have) then NBC would be a fool not to tout those for the viewers !

Plus they should do a blooppers and unseen footage section. That would be interesting and funny.

^^ At the very beginning I would have bet Mike/Sam and Heather/Miles as final 2 for sure. but..... I don't know now. lol Which sucks since I love Heather/Miles.

Mike was saying on facebook how "something crazy BAD" happens, and he teased "but for which couple???"

Miles was responding to heckling from his friend on his fan page commenting about him being the only person wearing a life jacket on tonight's adventure. He responded saying something like "LOL, if you think that's funny, wait till you watch the episode. I may or may not need to be saved in the ocean. It's a good thing I can laugh about myself because this is going to be special".

That makes me think that Heather/Miles don't do well in the adventure lol.... and definitely no oasis.

But then, now that there is a twist at the CCC, perhaps Heather/Miles won't be in trouble as their adventure result may put them in a position of.

I'll be surprised if Mike/Sam were not part of the Final 2 couples. Way too much screen time.

Haha I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't do well in the adventure. Poor Miles has had a tough time with many of the things that others have found easy ...needing to google how to built a raft, needing to have done illegal activities to prep him for opening a box with a crowbar lol. Love him !
As a couple too they haven't done too great in the adventures poor things.
Hopefully they spent most of their time talking and getting to know each other and therefore ace the questions section. Perhaps Theresa and Skip did not spend much time talking lol.
