Agreed. It's annoying when he does it in practically every picture. It's annoying when some of my girlfriends throw up the peace sign in every picture. I'm just over it. Like I tell them, find something unique or simply take a normal photo for once in your life. I know, it's such a novel concept.

Can someone bring forward the blurb about the other lawsuit that sort of finalized for Fleiss - it wasn't Reality Steve - it was something else. I can't find it and want to see if anything is related to some of the timing of his tweets.

I don't know where that blurb is, but I think it had something to do with an employee stealing money.

Google search reveals "Kaboom" isn't so unique. For instance, when Disney bought Marvel, Boom! Kids became Kaboom!
