Fleiss is looking like the absolute idiot that he is. He is worse than a kid with his tweets. Wonder if he is drunk? Fleiss reminds me of a drama queen always with an agenda.

These forums sluethers spoil more than RS. Wonder if he will go after the forums next because they are starting to get acknowledgements to their abilities to find things out.

the big difference is that Us Weekly and others who are viewed by the MILLIONS (not the hundreds who visit here) carry Steve's leaks and it colors their coverage of the franchise week to week

Sometimes I wonder if he cares about viewers. The biggest majority of his viewing audience doesn't know about forums or RS so I don't know why he has his panties in a wad. Just to show his power I think.

I agree but I think he is waging "war" against us and RS. I think this may be part of the reason for the lack of FRC sceens. Honestly its this board that makes this show fun. I would not care about it at all if it wasn't for the board and the spoilers.

Millions = ratings, network decision to renew the show, determines how much money they make.
His twitter followers = 23,000
RS followers = 48,000
Board = hundreds, maybe a few thousand

If Steve and spoilers go away ... show still does about the same ratings wise.

It's not the same. The game is over in 2 or 3 hours. If I have to invest dozens of hours watching this show, he better give me some clues to work with or I will get bored.

It's hard to enforce any of the 100 or more confidentiality agreements involved with the production/airing of a single season if Steve is allowed to sit out there and profit from what could only be internal leaks. No one ever seems to get/care about this aspect of the business of this show, but Fleiss' company is contractually obligated to deliver an unspoiled show to the network. Steve messes with that big time if he incentivizes breaking of those agreements, and interposes a layer of anonmymity to the contract-breakers.

I understand what you're saying but I have to wonder about how much he could possibly pay the leakers? It almost seems like the ones spilling are people with an axe to grind or with other motivations than cash.

Axes to grind had to do with RS spoiling Jason' season and Jake's season (as if anyone cared ... LOL). No axes to grind led to RS publishing bad spoilers for Ali's and Brad's. Money paid for Ashley's and Ben's episode details and all the way to what everyone wore during the finale spoilers.

What we do here and did at Fort or elsewhere, sleuthing and building relationships for spoilers (using the word, we, rather loosely) is far from absolute and requires patience and artistic understanding of the process, attributes RS is clearly lacking and so he now throws money at it --- he's cheating.

We look to sleuthing and spoilers to make this show interactive, which for all of us participating here, it is.

RS cheating has only to do with lining RS and investor's his pockets. It didn't use to be about money for RS, but now it is only about money and his goal to build up readership so he can make a pretty penny selling his site.
