I'm sorry, I cannot stop laughing at that log, no matter how many times I watch that clip. Wow.
The picture of Sean and Kensington is too, too precious. He's gonna be a great dad one day.

Re: Sean Lowe - Bachelorette 8 Contestant - Discussion
Here is why I believe that Sean and Emily dont match:
First and foremost is the $$ issue. I believe that Sean would need to feel that he is supporting his wife, not being kept by her. As a new insurance agent, even in a established firm, even with the pospect of inheriting the firm, i doubt that he could provide Emily with the kind of lifestyle she enjoys. I dont see him thinking a pair of shoes should cost $1000 or a t-shirt $400.
Secondly, I see Sean as a very conventional guy who wants a family and a stable homelife. I think Emily wants that too eventually, but she would sure like to walk the red carpet and highlight charity auctions to stay in the spotlight. I just dont see Sean, despite the modelling, being a big player in the bachnation crowd. I really see family and friends, not bach crew being most impotant to Sean.
Third, I think Sean would think of himself as the spiritual head of the house, the protector, the provider, and I dont see him being willing to be bossed around by whatever whim or snit Emily invents. I think he would expect the same return/respect from Emily
Fourth, I think Sean is looking for forevere and I dont think Emily is looking beyond the AFTR. She certanly isnt looking to integrate her Bach guy into her Charlotte life right away. And mostly, I dont see Sean willing to play second fiddle to a six year old with his wife.
I just think Sean is the whole deal, the real deal. He should fit with Emily if she really was looking for his lifestyle. I dont think she is. Can you see her in a three bedroom house with a picket fence? Five bedrooms and a gated community maybe.
PS - I realize I am making A LOT of assumptions here :greenman:

I'm in complete agreement with you jelle, which is why I have never wanted or thought Sean was F1. I think he would be so much happier with someone who isn't Emily, as I'm not sure she is really his type.

IA with you both. In his call, he clearly stated that a simple life with a family and a wife that he could "love forever" was what he wanted.
I just hope she doesn't use the too perfect excuse on him when he gets eliminated. She's already said it once and I groaned. It's such phony baloney. He comes across as sincere and honest, I'd love to hear her say something honest about why she's not selecting him - as long as it isn't mean.

I hear you guys! Thanks for spelling it out like that Jelle.
My point earlier was that with all things being equal, and assuming that Emily really wanted what she initially SAID she wanted in her partner, then Sean would have been the best fit.
But for Sean- for his own sake- I do hope he gets a woman who will complete him at the same level of goodness as he is.
The way Emily has progressed through this journey, (and I am not necessarily faulting her) it appears that she really was in it for different reasons, with different goals than what she had initially verbalized.
Maybe Brad will say to his fellow Texan, "I guess we both dodged a bullet".
In the best possible and respectful manner of course.

I guess the reason I dont feel too badly about Sean or for Sean is that I believe that he has such a firm foundation that he is very sure of who he is and what he stands for. It is a very quiet self confidence. I am sure that he was hurt by Emily's ejection (whenever he realized it) but wonder if he thought "if not this, what is next?"
Ryan goes overboard on his expression of faith, (or I suppose I should say often expresses himself awkwardly) and Sean says very little, but I have felt that Sean has that "rock" upon which he builds his house - his life. I hope that for him something wondeful, the next opportunity comes soon.
