What was Ashleys comments before she had her 1-1 time with JP? "I'm worried about JP, he's been a bit stand offish"... Yeah right! Her body language is so obvious when she's with him. They are definitely building up JP's edit as possessive/jealous and I think that's because of what's to come in Ep6 with the Bent One.

TPTB make constant suggestions and even move body parts into place to get shots like this. Then they do retakes to get the desired shot. This is one reason you get the same poses every season.
Not every "heated" scene is the way it appears.
I'm not trying to say she isn't "feeling it" or is "feeling it". I'm trying to remind viewers--not all appears as it seems.

The thing that was weird about that quote, was that you never actually saw her say "he's been a bit stand offish." For all we know...it was said about someone else and spliced in there.

Oh, I bet it was said at another time, it didn't even fit with what was going on in the scene.

That is what confused me too. It very well could of be spliced and diced from another quote.

Still my favorite quote from JP last night was "We don't have time for flirting right now, we will have time later to flirt" or something to that effect, Ashley and JP were both smiling huge at that time. Also they left out the scene of Ashley hugging JP's leg... interesting.
