I think it is an inside joke between a few of them because Michael posted a video of him singing and at the end he gave a shout out to his friend "Jef with one f" and just sang "don't dude" over and over rotfl

I'm guessing it is an inside joke - Michael singing about it. Jef posted on Arie's love cup pic "don't bro...don't".

Still curious as to why Arie unfollowed Jef on instagram - was he told to by TPTB?

It's the scene where Chris comes out with a paper that has a pic and info on his 1:1 date with Emily. Kalon and Arie are sitting outside and Chris walks out and sits down with them and reads it/shows them the paper.

If you go through comments on Jef's instagram, him and his friends are always saying 'Don't bro' or just 'Don't'....it's probably something that Jef was saying in the house and it caught on with some of the other guys or they're making for of Jef for always saying 'Don't bro'
