Just read in another thread that he is the one Britt would have given her first impression rose to? Definitely an attractive guy with a winning personality. So far, from what we've seen.

Didn't see that thread, but I think he would have gone really really far on a Britt season. She seemed really smitten with him -- moreso even than Brady.

Do I remember correctly that he had dabbled in real estate? If that is true, the bankruptcy wouldn't be that unusual. I've seen a lot of them in the last 5 years. In some states that is the only way to get out from an underwater (financially) home.

Is this information normally made public?
