I have just a general question. Does the show have a $$ amount as to what a contestant must make to be on the show. Over the years there have been many contestants that don't ever get 1 on 1's. They are just fillers as Tina would said from Andy's season. To me those contestants are the underdogs. I am curious if they keep some of those around so that they have the experience, the travels etc.. Something that they might not ever get to do in their real life. For as long as the show has been on. It is amazing how just a very few really stay in the publics eyes. Most everyone else is a no name, nobody afterwards.

It would be interesting if only 3 or 4 of the guys didn't know it was Jef from almost the beginning (Jef would probably be one of the 4 who didn't know).

I think jef is not at ease with cameras on his face. This is not shyness but more about reserve and aware that whatever will be taped, this may be distorted tenfold.

Re-watching Trista's season, Ryan Sutter behaves much the same as Jef. Charlie Maher LOVED being on camera and talking and talking and talking...

damn! I wished I could find trista's season and watch it.

But I heard many interviews from trista and ryan so I have an idea about their personalities plus I watched the day prior their wedding.

So yes. I picture emily as trista... both wearing the pants in the family and ryand and jef very sensitive family guys with soft voice and kind spirit.

I actually read on twitter this morning. That MF has asked Trista if she can get a vote together and 10,000 yes. They are thinking of reruning Trista's season and possibly the wedding.

That would be great, I loved that season - put me off all the other seasons until this season though. Ryan was a tough act to follow. Loved his poems and how sweet he was (is). "Check please!" Saw him recently at an event, and I think he has lost a bit of weight. (maybe that is an understatement). IIRC that season had awesome bromance going on, the guys were soooo funny.

Oh boy! Where to begin? Prepare for a lot of clueless windbag guesswork here.
