Ok. i wanna know the story!JBF wrote:KareyR2 wrote:Now is this the quote that everyone is talking about now trying to figure out who is saying it, or is is the "leap of faith" quote? I am so confused what quote you are all discussing. I am going back to try to figure out what quote people are discussing here. Thanks
Karey
You probably got your answer already... ha ha! It is this: “Sometimes in life you have to take a leap of faith. I have to make this happen for her, Ricky, myself “
All this time I ASSUMED it was Jef speaking and then... I rewatched the FULL episode #2...schnitzel wrote:Definitely Joe's voice; without a doubt; he has that pure resonant voice.
... and the ball is in your court now.
Oh there is a story here...

Not all vo are from the current show. In one of the other seasons they dubbed in Gia's voice for someone. And Gia wasn't even on the show. Keep that in mind.

The one quote mentions Ricki so it must be one of the guys from this season, Brad, or someone that's with the franchise IMO.

I've listened to it over and over comparing the guys voices, and I agree the last part of it is Joe. That's a let-down...

This is just my stream of conciousness here. I do not know what is exactly going on... just that SOMETHING is going on that we are not aware of...
Where to begin?
Emily states that she doesn't feel "butterflies" with Joe. Then after he leaves, she fusses that she didn't realize it hurt so bad. What I think really happened was Joe wasn't feeling it for Emily and she got the message loud and clear.
What this is starting to smell like... Joe was Jef's biggest rival.
Their positions in the first rose ceremony STRONGLY resemble two other guys' positions in another episode #1 rose ceremony a year ago.
Have to bring up Ashley's season again...
I don't think Bentley was the one she REALLY fussed about. He was more likely a "smokescreen" to hide somebody else who was JP's rival... and I will put my money (for the time being... and, yes, I could be wrong) on William Holman, who spiraled into a black mood after the comedy roast and took everything that happened too seriously. JP knew what was going on here since he was and is still close to William.
Again, I can only speculate here... I am not Ashley, William or JP... or Bentley... and don't know the true story. It is just that half of the posters on this board at least have questioned at one point or another if the Bentley storyline was as real as it appeared on screen.
Also we can only guess what all Bentley did to prompt his edit... and Fleiss getting him to "out-roast" Ashley more than William did at the comedy club, even repeating two EXACT quotes of William's in the May 2011 promo and producing worse ones like "I'd rather swim in pee..." When Bentley had his twitter up for a month and a half (Reality Steve was fibbing about all accounts being fake... Ashley DID respond to the correct one shortly before it abruptly shut down), the first three he contacted were JP, Ashley and William.
Again... I sound like a broken record here... whatever happened is none of our business and all ancient history, but the story here is a complicated one, not exactly the same one we saw edited on TV.
So... what is going on here?
When Emily discussed Joe leaving to the guys, I thought it was strange that they quickly panned on Jef's face.
Other strange stuff going on...
The key "hurt" lines in the promo are all involving Joe's date.
There is a clock (London) visible on Jef's nighttime scene and a clock featured on Joe's date, connecting them in some peculiar way.
Joe's exit interview transcript was ALL about Jef, with just a brief mention of Kalon's "drama". NO OTHER GUY IS MENTIONED BY JOE.

This parallels what happened when William had his press conference on June 20, 2011. He kept stating that JP, not him, was the best fit for Ashley. "I saw their interactions and I saw the look on their faces when they got to be around each other, and it’s that look that few people have when they’re really in love and that was tough. To see that and continue moving forward when you make friends with someone in the house like J.P and then to insist that they still go on dates with the girl that, you know, that into."
Although we clearly saw what he describes here in the umbrella scene in Phuket, Peak Tram and all else... the fact that William over-emphasized it is rather interesting. At the comedy roast, he told her he was ready to pack his bags and she needed to find comfort with somebody else. We SAW Ryan and Bentley comforting her at the roast, but they were not really succeeding. It was somebody's solo date at the Bachelorette pad that was more important. Whether or not William was above JP in Ashley's affections or not, he was still one of her top two at that stage, NOT Bentley or Ryan.
Reality Steve (who is never who he appears to be and don't ask me why... it is the peculiar pattern of his behavior) was mighty quick to post a shot of Joe and his girlfriend at his site. She resembles Emily a bit in appearance.
In Ashley's promo last year, William's line "Ashley is definitely the kind of girl any man would want to marry" was VERY carefully edited over a shot of Hong Kong with JP embracing her. This was the key moment when they were confident about the direction their relationship was going.
If Joe is the one saying "Sometimes in life you have to take a leap of faith. I have to make this happen for her, Ricky, myself ", then he is actually LECTURING Jef...
Jef is not confident in this process for some reason? Interesting that Emily even mentioned that in one of her people.com blogs... regarding his lack of confidence.
Any feedback? Am I just imagining this? Please argue with me and tell me I'm off my rocker, but it appears that Emily dumped her Graham in week #2.

Yay! JBF :* I have one question.Do you think It is important where that line was spoken from Joe. Williams was over Ashley and JP. Or you are observing all the pieces.

Could it be Doug or Kalon's voices?

NO, it has absoltutely nothing to do with him and neither does this season except that Emily is his ex.ninu wrote: JSO, is it Brad??
No, he has clearly moved on.seton wrote:It's Bentley, isnt it?
Here is another clue because I think posters think I am toturing them and I really am not.
Its definetly one of the top three guys of this season. Like I said before don't try so hard... it right there like the last piece in a puzzle, now it just making it fit to complete the picture.

Jef and Arie have already been mentioned as that voice's owner, so it only leaves Sean.

I don't think it's Sean given that someone saw him out last night in Dallas. It's either Jef or Arie. Back to square one.
JSO, why can't you just outrightly state who it is? Did a source tell you about it? I don't get the guessing game if it's details of the season that you figured out yourself.

I was not trying to make it a guessing game first and formost. Secondly this is why myself and other seasoned posters don't post like I said before no one would believe me.
No I don't have any outside source, this is just my opinnion. Don't worry, I won't try to "rock the boat" or "go against the grain" again because this is a perfect reason why I don't speak up.
