Google Brad Womack.....he gave an interview to a Houston news outlet & there is a video of it, as well as article on Tuesday 5/15. Frankly I was shocked!

He says he won't be watching the show because he has no interest in it. He says Emily is a "Hell of a woman". Goes on to say when ask about his life without Emily and He says he's glad and HE THINKS HE DODGED A BULLET IN THE RELATIONSHIP! I could not believe he said that, but he said it on video, so he said it. He says he's happy and hopes she's happy and it works out for her. He said he has no time to date and he has been on one date in the past year.

BTW, I think he's lying. He'll be glued to the tv watching Em's season. Remember, this guy is a fanatic about the show. He has always said that he has watched the show since the beginning & one of its' biggest fans, so why wouldn't he watch Emily's unless there is still some hurt there..Yea, he'll watch, I don't care what he says.

Well if he said that he dodge a bullet then I think there is still some hurt feelings on his part.

This is an abbreviated version of the usual tabloid roundup. Sorry for the lack of detail but I didn't see anything really noteworthy.

Star has a story about Kalon and what a braggart/womanizer he is.

Either Life & Style or In Touch has a 2 page spread about how this season's bachelors are the wealthiest ever because of Emily's specifications, and they cite 5 bachelors including Jef as the socially minded entrepreneur. I think it's In Touch because they'd previously claimed Emily had demanded the producers focus on men of a certain means.

OK has a 2 page interview with Emily about her hopes for the season. I didn't see anything spoilerific in there.

I believe Life & Style has a "secrets" of the Bachelorette contestants 2 page spread. Nothing negative on anybody other than Kalon though. Jef allegedly changed his hair from a scraggly long look to the more pompadourish look he has now for the show. Sean dated Taylor Cole (formerly of CSI Miami) when they were in high school.

I'm trying to figure out who the guys crying in the 3 minute sneak peak are. There is one guy in a black T shirt with a black silicone bracelet , one in an off white sweater with dark hair facing a brick wall, and then there is Doug. Have the first two been identified?

Off the top of my head, I think the other two are Travis and Tony.

'Bachelorette' Emily Maynard knew there were guys who were not there for the right reasons

Emily Maynard's "Bachelorette" season premiered Monday night (May 14) on ABC. She spoke with the press Wednesday about the first night and the experience on the show in general, which she was reticent to participate in at first.

On her hesitation about the show:

"I had a million reservations about being the Bachelorette. They had asked me to do it previously and I said no. I told everybody I'd never do it, never in a million years. Then time went on and ... we started talking about it a couple months later. And they were just so accommodating with Ricki and moving the entire production to Charlotte, I just thought it was such a great opportunity I couldn't pass up.

On keeping Ricki away from the show:

"Ricki doesn't really know a whole lot about what's going on. I like to keep her a little bit sheltered from all of this ... I don't think she's ever heard me say [Bachelor or Bachelorette]. She just loved any kind of chaos going on in the house. She loves it ... I just told her that I'd be working a little bit and she really did become so close with all the people on the crew and their kids. She loved traveling with everybody and all that. But I told her it was for a very elaborate family home video that she'll be able to watch way, way later down the road."

On her clip in the season-long montage where she appears to kick a guy out:

"I definitely think that all the guys came in having one image of me in their head but as time went on and they got to know me better, they all said the same thing - you're nothing like we thought you were going to be. And I hope that's a good thing. They all said it was a good thing, whether they meant it or not [laughs]. I've never been called boring before in my every day life, that's for sure.

On Kalon's entrance - was it a little over-the-top for her?

"Honestly, it was. Anybody that knows me knows I would take a classic pick-up truck over a brand-new Ferrari any day, so if he was trying to impress me, he probably took the wrong approach. But he's very unique and he is who he is."

On her batch of guys:

"I can't even begin to tell you how great all the guys were going through it. I'm excited for you guys to see as the season goes on ... even some of the guy who didn't make the strongest first impression really surprised me ... [But] there were a couple guys I knew who weren't there for me."

On keeping in touch with some of the guys she has sent home:

"Absolutely ... it's such a unique experience to go through and nobody can understand unless you were there. So I think it's really great to have that kind of bond with other people who went through the same thing you did."

On whether or not she's currently in love:

"You know, I don't know. I don't know. You'll have ot watch. I'll get in trouble [laughs]."

"The Bachelorette" airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
