When Emily says in a VO, "I want to meet my husband," Jef is the guy in focus in the middle of the screen.

I found my old VHS tapes of Trista's season. Initially thought they were misplaced/lost. Rewatched them for the first time in a few years (although they were taped back in 2003).

Jef is getting a strong Ryanesque edit just with the promos. ONE kissing scene in Colorado was all that was allowed that first season's promo in January 2003, along with more passionate scenes of Trista kissing Russ and Charlie, much like Emily kissing Chris and Arie this season.

Here is the clincher. In episode #1, Chris Harrison asks Trista if her future husband is in that room. The camera pans on three guys with Ryan in the middle.

we need to all tune in for Emily's opening episode because US Weekly only gives the premier 2.5 Stars.

If i remember correctly last year it ranked Ashley's 3 Stars.
